Thank you for allowing us to introduce ourselves. We are Alberta Property Management Solutions Inc. locally owned & operated and we would like to take this opportunity to explain what we have to offer.

Alberta Property Management Solutions Inc. is a relatively new property management and real estate brokerage in Fort McMurray. Founded in 2008 by three local Realtors/Brokers who realized a need for a company that would provide professional and quality management and leasing services to condominium corporations, individual owners and commercial developments as well as professional real estate services both residential and commercial.

We believe that it is imperative to provide quality products and services one property at a time.

Our company is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute, the Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce and the Fort McMurray Real Estate Board.

APMSI will seek competitive quotes for maintenance services from contracts when feasible, however; it is important to note that in the current labour challenges in the City of Fort McMurray we also have an exclusive agreement with a local facility maintenance contractor with over 500 employees spanning all service trade disciplines, to ensure timely and continuity of service levels.

APMSI has implemented an extensive training plan and retention program for employees which includes all staff to be licensed and trained realtors as well as obtain the courses offered by CCI. Employees are encouraged to give a three year commitment to our company which will ensure continuity and relationship building for our clients.
